Is Mulligan apparel made to order?
Yes! Our Mulligan apparel and merchandise are made to order through our production partner, Printful. Each item is produced after an order is placed rather than being pulled from existing inventory.
Can I return or exchange Mulligan apparel?
Our apparel is made to order just for you, so all apparel sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or changes of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
How do I choose the right apparel size?

Since our apparel is made to order and we don't offer size exchanges, taking a moment to check your measurements can help ensure the best fit. Please note the T-shirts are 100% cotton and you should follow the washing instructions or size up.

Our apparel is made to order, meaning production begins after you place your order. Production and shipping times may differ from our golf gift bundles, and delivery estimates vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on Mulligan 2 Golf Gift Bundles within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, all items must be unused and returned with their original components and packaging. Made-to-order apparel is final sale and is not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please complete the contact form on our Return & Refund Policy page with your name, email address, order number, and reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Something not quite right? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review the details and work with you to make things right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't currently offer exchanges. For eligible golf gift bundle purchases, you can request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Made-to-order apparel is not eligible for size exchanges.
